Villa dei Mandarini, the large family house by the sea in Cefalù

Five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 50 m² reed-shaded patio among mandarin, lemon and olive trees. The grounds run right down to the sea: you walk from the villa to the beach without crossing a road.

Villa dei Mandarini is the largest of our houses: about 130 m² on two floors, made for big families and groups of friends of up to 9 people. It stands in contrada Salinelle, in the countryside of Cefalù, inside our 13,000 m² family estate, the same land where our grandfather and father grew up.

On the ground floor there is the living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; upstairs, another double, a twin room, a single and the second bathroom with shower. The double rooms can be set up with two single beds: just tell us when you book.

Outside you have the 50 m² covered patio, the garden with sun loungers and dining table, an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach and private parking for three cars. The stretch of sea in front of the estate stays quiet even in high summer.

The house has air conditioning, though surrounded by greenery and fruit trees it stays cool even on the hottest days. During your stay we will offer you our limoncello, preserves and jams made with fruit from the estate.
