About us: the Livecchi family

We are Alessandra, Giuseppe and Salvatore Livecchi. We rent our three houses in Cefalù directly: two villas on our family estate at Salinelle and an apartment one minute from the Cathedral. We have been Airbnb Superhosts since 2013, but we prefer to get to know our guests in person.

The estate where we grew up

The two villas stand on the land where our grandfather and father grew up: 13,000 m² of lemon, mandarin, olive, prickly pear and pine trees running down to the sea, in contrada Salinelle. We live on the same estate: our guests get all the privacy they want, and we are close by if they need anything.

With the estate's fruit we make limoncello, preserves and jams, and during your stay we will let you taste them.

Three houses for three ways to enjoy Cefalù

Villa dei Mandarini is the large house, for big families and groups of up to 9. Villa dei Limoni is all on one floor, for groups of six who want the sea a few steps from the gate. Casa del Duomo is in the old town, for people who want to enjoy the town on foot.

How we work

We answer in person, on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, usually within an hour. Booking directly with us there are no service fees, and you talk to people who know the house inside out.

We write the articles in our Cefalù guide ourselves: they are the tips we give our guests every day about beaches, restaurants, day trips and getting around.
