We are Alessandra, Giuseppe and Salvatore Livecchi. We rent our three houses directly, with no middlemen: Villa dei Mandarini and Villa dei Limoni on our family estate at Salinelle, and Casa del Duomo in the old town.
We answer in person, help you pick the right house for your group and share the Cefalù we have always known: the quieter beaches, the bakeries, the mountain trips when it gets too hot.

The family estate
Thirteen thousand square metres of citrus, olives and sea
The two villas stand on the land where our grandfather and father grew up: 13,000 m² of lemon, mandarin, olive, prickly pear and pine trees that run down to the sea. From the estate you walk to the beach through a private access, on a stretch of coast that stays quiet even in August.
We live on the same estate: we are around when you need us and leave you alone when you want to rest. With the fruit from the trees we make limoncello, preserves and jams for our guests.

From the two villas you walk down to Salinelle beach, smaller and quieter than the town beach. In the evening the old harbour is a few minutes away by train.

From Casa del Duomo you are one minute from the Norman cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015, among lanes, bakeries, shops and trattorias.

The Rocca
The path from the old town climbs to the Temple of Diana and the medieval walls, with a view over the whole bay. In summer, set off early.

Before you book a house in Cefalù
Where are the houses?
Villa dei Mandarini and Villa dei Limoni are in contrada Salinelle, in the countryside of Cefalù, on a private estate with direct access to the sea. Casa del Duomo is in the old town, one minute from the Cathedral and two from the town beach.
Which house should I choose?
Villa dei Mandarini for groups of up to 9; Villa dei Limoni for families of up to 6; Casa del Duomo for couples or families of up to 4 who want to explore the town on foot.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your dates and number of guests: we reply with availability, price and terms. You can also book through Airbnb.
Are the houses registered?
Yes. Each house has its own Italian national identification code (CIN), shown on its page and in the site footer.
Can you arrange an airport transfer?
Yes. If you wish, we can book a private driver service (NCC) we have an agreement with, to and from every airport in Sicily. Send us your flight, arrival time and number of passengers and we will send you a quote before you confirm.
